Enrolling in a cooking class?

The Art of cooking has enjoyed a rennaisance over the last couple of years, what with the amount of TV programmes and the fact that the country is in the midst of deep recession, “IN is the new OUT”, people are now enjoying the social interaction that the kitchen brings. What better way than enrolling in a cookery class  to improve your culinary skills. Whether you are an accomplished cook, or just starting out, every one can benefit from cookery lessons.

At The Flavour Academy we will teach you the skills to put you in control, so that you too can enjoy that pre dinner apperitif with your guests rather than stressing in the kitchen.

Just made the celeriac and celery soup for lunch, yummy! Didn’t need the cream as it tasted so good without it. Healthy too. Will make the red pepper bread for a treat for the kids before they get back from their 1st day at school! 8 weeks after being on your course and I’m still putting into practice all the great things you taught us! Thanks again.
