This course includes a diverse range of fun activities. You will learn to make bread, prepare starters, mains (including seafood) and desserts. As staying in is the new going out, this course will maximise the fun and help minimise the effort.

Italiano Simplificato
Given Gary’s close affliation and love affair to the Italian culture, food and ingredients it would be downright rude not to do this course!
This course includes making fresh pasta, authentic sauces using the wonderful ingredients that this country produces and of course washed down with a glass of Italian wine.

Men Only
Rapidly becoming our most sought after course! Roll the sleeves up and get stuck in with Gary to create meals to impress your better half. Have a beer or a glass of wine and earn a few brownie points at the same time.
Whether it’s BBQ, Sunday Lunch, Friday night curries or “guy’s stuff” this course is sure to interest those wanting to flex their culinary prowess!

Masterclass
The ultimate course. Fine tune your existing skills with this intense 4 day course. Day 1 begins with designing a stunning 6 course gourmet menu on Day 1 which incorporates all the major skills. This includes knife skills, butchery, seafood, pasta, breads, desserts, sauces etc culminating in you cooking and presenting the menu to you a guest of your choice on the final evening. They join you and your fellow cooks to enjoy the fruits of your labour with complimentary wine.
Lunch is provided every day.

Classical French
Achieve the OOH LA LA factor with this course and let Gary take you on a regional French cuisine journey using classical French methods and ingredients.

Fish & Seafood
Learn how to confidently prepare and cook this specific food group. Gary will take you step by step through filleting, poaching, roasting, grilling, and sauces to ensure you have a better understanding of this delicate produce and how best to serve it.
This course will prepare both starters and mains.

Just Desserts:
Sweet Treats to tickle the palate and achieve stunning presentation to impress your family and friends with this particular course.
Both hot and cold desserts are featured with a seasonal emphasis. Make your own ice cream and sorbets.

You’ve got to start somewhere, so why not start here and learn the basics. You will be surprised at what you can achieve over a short space of time.
Suitable for the younger age group. For the budding junior masterchef! Under 16s to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Loose End Lunch
The course with a difference! Chef’s choice 2 course menu and demonstration lunch.
